Essential Standards - Resources for Parents
Standards in Essential Need of Support (or SENS) are standards that contain content and skills essential for student success and for which data indicate students are performing significantly below expectations. SENS are both data-driven and content-driven, so they are updated every school year based on updated information about student performance.
